Every year, the Chamber hosts a Crawfish Boil on the Riverfront or at one of the local businesses. Members, guests and the general public are invited to enjoy fresh boiled crawfish, meet other Members and get updates on Chamber activities. There is a cost to members and non-members, and quantities are limited

Cruisin' on the River Car Show* May 18
Classic and vintage cars line the Riverfront in Madisonville for one of the biggest shows in the area. Prizes in several different categories. $20/$25 entrance fee. Free and open to the public.
Meet at Madisonville Park and Playground at 10am. Lunch provided by Lighthouse Pizza and Chick Fil A. All groups welcome.

Business Networking events provide Chamber business members an opportunity to meet at a local establishment and share information about their company with other Chamber members.

Madisonville Garden Club Scarecrow Decorating Contest DATE: TBA Judging for businesses and residents within the town limits. Scarecrows must be displayed and judged. The winners will be announced at the Falling for Madisonville Arts & Crafts Festival.

Madisonville All Around the Town Trick or Treating* October 31 Businesses and residents are encouraged to participate and hand out candy. A house decorating contest will also be included with prizes to the top three houses. The Chamber will provide maps listing all the participants, so plan to pick up your map in front of Town Hall starting at 5:00pm and hit the streets!

Madisonville Fall Gumbo Cook-off* DATE: TBA
Madisonville Fall Gumbo Cook-off. Teams will compete for Best Gumbo. (Sign-Up Form) Prizes will be awarded. Tasting from 11:00am-2:00pm.

Merry Madisonville* Dec 7
Every holiday season, Merry Madisonville comes to town. Merry Madisonville is kicked off with a grand parade through town! The Parade starts at the Maritime Museum and winds through town and ends on the Riverfront in front of Town Hall. It is led by the Mayor who is followed by the Court of the Krewe of Tchefuncte, bands, dancers, classic cars and more! The Parade makes one stop on the way for a Champagne toast and then continues on to Town Hall to await the arrival of Santa! Santa and Mrs. Clause arrive by boat. The festivities also include the lighting of the Christmas tree, caroling, and Santa's Workshop.

Annual Membership Meeting* DATE: TBA
The Annual Membership Meeting takes place in the beginning of December or in January at one of the local businesses. Members, guests and the general public are invited to enjoy some Holiday or Mardi Gras cheer, meet other Members and get updates on Chamber activities. Annual awards are also given out at this event.
