Membership Drive Crawfish Boil* April 27, 2017 Every year, the Chamber hosts a Crawfish Boil on the Riverfront or at one of the local businesses. Members, guests and the general public are invited to enjoy fresh boiled crawfish, meet other Members and get updates on Chamber activities. There is a cost to members and non-members, and quantities are limited
Dragon Boat Races May 13, 2017 Teams of 20 paddlers per boat race for best times and bragging rights. Full day of activity on the riverfront with teams, vendors, kids activities and a great time. Open to teams and the public. Run by Great White North.
Cruisin' on the River Car Show* May 20. 2017 Classic and vintage cars line the Riverfront in Madisonville for one of the biggest shows in the area. Prizes in several different categories. $20/$25 entrance fee. Free and open to the public. Registration Form

Backyard Professionals and Best Spooky Tent. Prizes will be awarded.
Tasting will be from 11-2. $25.00 to enter a team and $5.00 to purchase a
wrist band to taste
Merry Madisonville* Dec 2, 2017 Every holiday season, Merry Madisonville comes to town. Merry Madisonville is kicked off with a grand parade through town! The Parade starts at the Maritime Museum and winds through town and
ends on the Riverfront in front of Town Hall. It is led by the Mayor who is followed by the Court of the Krewe of Tchefuncte,
bands, dancers, classic cars and more! The Parade makes one stop on the
way for a Champagne toast and then continues on to Town Hall to await
the arrival of Santa! Santa and Mrs. Clause arrive by boat. The festivitiesalso include the lighting of the
Christmas tree, caroling, and Santa's Workshop.

Annual Membership Meeting* DATE: TBA The Annual Membership Meeting takes place in the beginning of December or in January at one of the local businesses. Members, guests and the general public are invited to enjoy some Holiday or Mardi Gras cheer, meet other Members and get updates on Chamber activities. Annual awards are also given out at this event.
