Membership Drive Crawfish Boil* May 7Cancelled Due to the concerns of the COVID-19 Virus, the Madisonville Chamber's
Annual Crawfish Boil/Membership Drive has been CANCELLED. The Board is
discussing holding another type of Membership Drive later in the year.

Every year, the Chamber hosts a Crawfish Boil on the Riverfront or at
one of the local businesses. Members, guests and the general public are
invited to enjoy fresh boiled crawfish, meet other Members and get
updates on Chamber activities. There is a cost to members and
non-members, and quantities are limited
Cruisin' on the River Car Show* May 16 POSTPONED Until Fall 2020 Due to the concerns of the COVID-19 Virus, "Cruisin' on the River" car
show has been postponed. We hope to hold it in the Fall. Check the
Chamber Website for the reschedule date. Classic and vintage cars line the Riverfront in Madisonville for one of the biggest shows in the area. Prizes in several different categories. $20/$25 entrance fee. Free and open to the public. Download Registration Form

Madisonville Garden Club Scarecrow Decorating Contest DATE: TBA Judging for businesses and residents within the town limits. Scarecrows must be displayed and judged. The winners will be announced at the Falling for Madisonville Arts & Crafts Festival.

Merry Madisonville Dec 5 This year's event is sponsored by Town Hall. Please visit their website for details: https://townofmadisonville.org/ Every holiday season, Merry Madisonville comes to town. Merry
Madisonville is kicked off with a grand parade through town! The Parade
starts at the Maritime Museum and winds through town and ends on the
Riverfront in front of Town Hall. It is led by the Mayor who is followed
by the Court of the Krewe of Tchefuncte, bands, dancers, classic cars
and Jolly Old St Nick! The Parade makes one stop on the way for a
Champagne toast and then continues on to Town Hall. The festivities also include the lighting of the Christmas
tree, caroling, and Santa's Workshop.

Annual Membership Meeting* DATE: TBA
The Annual Membership Meeting takes place in the beginning of December or in January at one of the local businesses. Members, guests and the general public are invited to enjoy some Holiday or Mardi Gras cheer, meet other Members and get updates on Chamber activities. Annual awards are also given out at this event.
